About the Role
As a Senior Connectivity Network Engineer, you'll serve as a Subject Matter Expert on networkaspects for our DDI and Load Balancing product portfolio. You'll drive innovation, set standards,and design robust network solutions that power our digital transformation journey across on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Offer specialized expertise on DDI platforms and F5 Load Balancing technologies
Solution Design
- Create and implement DDI solutions and F5 LTM configurations alignedwith enterprise architecture
Network Configuration
- Configure and administer DNS, DHCP scopes, IP address allocations, and failover protocols
Automation Development
- Build and maintain network automation scripts and frameworksusing Python, Ansible and other tools
System Integration
- Support network systems with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and sourcecontrol
Documentation
- Maintain thorough records of system configurations, best practices, andoperational procedures
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Infrastructure Engineers, Service Managers,internal stakeholders, and external IT partners
About the Team
The Network Connectivity Team manages all network engineering and operations for Swiss Reworldwide, covering SD-WAN, perimeter security, Data Centres, LAN & Wi-Fi, DDI, and loadbalancers. We set the company's network strategy and maintain global IT infrastructure thatreliably connects people and technology. We're seeking a network engineer familiar with corenetwork concepts and practices in DDI and Load Balancing area.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
10+ years of experience in network technical roles
Strong working experience (5+ years) with F5 Big-IP LTM architecture and configuration
In-depth knowledge of DNS (BIND/Unbound), DHCP, IPAM, and DDI security principles
Proficiency in Python and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Nornir, Terraform)
Experience in enterprise networking and security integration
These are additional nice to haves:
Experience with cloud networking and hybrid connectivity solutions
Knowledge of network security best practices and implementation
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with packet analysis tools and troubleshooting methodologies
Strong documentation and technical communication skills
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office atleast three days per week
