About the Role
As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll take ownership of our enterprise network infrastructureevolution, leading critical projects that enhance our global connectivity capabilities. You'llcollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement forward-thinking networksolutions that support our business objectives while maintaining the highest standards ofsecurity, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex network infrastructure projects across LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN,and Data Center connectivity domains
Design and implement innovative enterprise network solutions that align with ourtechnology roadmap
Coordinate technical activities between internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders toensure seamless project delivery
Provide expert guidance as a subject matter expert for routing, switching, and wirelesstechnologies
Drive standardization and implementation of industry best practices across our globalnetwork environment
Contribute strategic insights during architecture discussions and network roadmap planningsessions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to L2/L3 connectivity, wirelesssystems, and network segmentation
Ensure optimal performance of our network infrastructure with a focus on high availability,security, and efficiency
Develop comprehensive documentation including technical specifications andimplementation plans

About the Team
The Network Connectivity Team manages all network engineering and operations for Swiss Reworldwide, covering SD-WAN, perimeter security, Data Centres, LAN & Wi-Fi, DDI, and loadbalancers. We set the company's network strategy and maintain global IT infrastructure that
reliably connects people and technology. We're seeking a network engineer familiar with corenetwork concepts and practices across multiple technological areas.

You're a problem-solver who can translate complex businessrequirements into elegant technical solutions. With excellent communication skills, you caneffectively share knowledge with team members and explain technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders. Your adaptability allows you to navigate changing priorities while maintaining focuson delivering high-quality results.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
Experience leading medium-to-large scale network transformation projects withdemonstrable outcomes
Strong knowledge of LAN/Enterprise Switching, Wireless LAN (WLC-based environments),VLANs, Trunking (802.1Q), STP, Layer 2/Layer 3 Routing (OSPF, BGP preferred)
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies and implementation methodologies
Proficiency with Cisco ecosystem, including Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Cisco WirelessLAN Controllers (WLC), and Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
These are additional nice to haves:
Experience with DDI solutions (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
Knowledge of network segmentation and security fundamentals
Background in enterprise networking and security integration
Skills in solution design, documentation preparation, and marketplace assessment
Ability to effectively translate business requirements into practical technical outcomes


Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office atleast three days per week
