Senior Service Delivery Manager for DevSecOps

You are passionate about operational excellence and known by a positive "can do attitude". With proven experience in the transformation of IT operations to an agile, cloud-based environment based on DevSecOps methodologies, you have driven continuous improvement in service operations integration and management centred around the customer experience.

 

Essentials

  • At least 10+ years of total IT experience out of which a minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in highly secured and regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps methodologies and tools, and comprehensive knowledge of SDLC as well as public and private cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), artifact management, code quality and artifact security.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and supporting tooling and technologies.
  • Experience in managing service providers based on customer-centric metrics such as XLAs.
  • Experience with agile delivery methods, especially Scrum and Kanban.
  • Solid working knowledge of data analytics (preferably Power BI), as well as process automation (preferably Power Apps and Power Automate).
