Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with key leaders both globally and within India, establishing a strong foundation for effective partnership and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier technology talent through diverse recruiting tools, channels, and avenues in an effective and timely manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate across multiple stakeholders within the businesses you support, ensuring seamless and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level technology roles, ensuring quality, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Leverage recruiting tools and systems to track, manage, and report on pipeline activity, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices, championing diversity and ensuring equitable processes at every stage of recruitment.
  • Navigate complex conversations with confidence, demonstrating the ability to hold difficult discussions with stakeholders and partners when needed.
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing knowledge, best practices, and collaborating on broader Talent Acquisition initiatives across the region.

The Talent Acquisition team at Swiss Re is a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to managing and driving hiring across India. The team partners closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to ensure Swiss Re attracts and secures the best talent in the market. With a focus on quality, speed, and an outstanding candidate experience, the team plays a pivotal role in enabling Swiss Re's growth and success in the region.

About You

You are a seasoned talent acquisition professional who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities. You are equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You thrive in complex, global environments and are known for your ability to build trust quickly, communicate with impact, and deliver results even in ambiguous situations. You bring a growth mindset, a commitment to inclusive hiring, and the resilience to navigate a fast-moving, ever-evolving talent landscape.

We Are Looking for Candidates Who Meet These Requirements:

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in Technology, with a demonstrated track record of successfully hiring for complex, senior-level technology roles.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies, utilising a variety of recruiting tools, platforms, and methodologies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with demonstrable experience partnering with senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder dynamics in global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience working with non-co-located and globally distributed teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies, with the ability to leverage data and tools to drive informed hiring decisions.

  • Experience in the financial services, insurance, or reinsurance industry
  • Exposure to employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion hiring programs and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret hiring data and present insights to senior stakeholders.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and candidate experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A collaborative team spirit with a genuine desire to contribute to the broader success of Talent Acquisition function.

 

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
