Technical Lead

About the role

 

• Oversee daily operations and lead all aspects of platform installation, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring optimization for performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on architectural decisions and records governance to align with enterprise standards.
• Lead and mentor team members, monitoring progress toward goals while promptly addressing any issues or delays
• Collaborate with partners and monitor industry trends in integration advancements, proposing relevant optimizations to maintain an efficient, up-to-date platform.

 

In this hands-on role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and management of our integration layer, delivering high-quality solutions while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with evolving business needs.

The Document and Records Management (DRM) Platform team delivers essential solutions for document and records processing, storage, and management. We collaborate with partners to design and operate secure, reliable, and compliant services that safeguard Swiss Re’s business information and address critical compliance needs. About you

 

We are seeking a professional with a strong background in software engineering, particularly with .NET technologies. You have a passion for optimizing and integrating complex systems and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team within the reinsurance domain.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in software engineering, with exposure to .NET-based solutions, implementation, and/or operations.

  • Hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs.

  • Familiarity with Azure, Terraform, Java

  • Knowledge of SQL databases, microservices, and operational tooling.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading teams

  • Interest in CI/CD practices and SecDevOps methodologies.

  • Experience with document and records management systems, OCR, and IDP applications.
