About the Role and Our Team:

The Third Party Enablement team is a diverse and global team, committed to delivering value, enabling efficient processes and effective governance of data.  This position supports the location BSC Management Teams with the implementation of management of various strategic projects as the point of contact responsible for the Transition of work for the location.  The position also supports with external third party needs as required.  The team enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders at all levels that join together to ensure oversight of our third parties and activities, as well as roles and responsibilities that are transitioned across the Swiss Re Group globally.

As a proactive member of our team, you will:

  • Provide guidance and operational support to internal customers seeking transition of roles and processes from across the Group into the Business Solutions Centers (BSCs)
  • Enjoy reporting activities, creating third party reporting to Group companies and branches located around the world
  • Help link people and activities as part of the lifecycle of a business relationship with a third party (e.g. Identifying and classifying third parties, onboarding, monitoring and offboarding due diligence)
  • Provide proactive client and stakeholder management by supporting teams from around the organization by answering and clarifying ad hoc requests

About You:

The candidate must like interaction with clients and customers of ALL levels and must be self-motivated, curious to learn and a team player.  Proven business administration experience is desired.

  • Excellent command of the English language (speaking and writing) is a must, with other languages being an advantage
  • Customer service, negotiation, and active listening skills are a distinct advantage
  • Ability to connect the dots (e.g. matching customer needs to services which will enable them)
  • Team player
  • Microsoft office skills- especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams 
  • Reporting tools experience an advantage (e.g. PowerBi, charts and graphs)
  • Other duties and projects as prescribed by the Third Party Enablement Managers or the Head of Third Party Enablement as required
