The Data Science & AI unit delivers state of the art AI/GenAI solutions for the Swiss Re Group, working in close collaboration with the business units.

The Opportunity


Join us as an UI/UX Lead for our AI–powered search and conversational solution, reinvent the way reinsurance professionals find insight in millions of contracts and claims. You’ll own the end-to-end UI delivery, starting from user experience to hands-on development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, component-driven AI search and conversational product features
  • Set AI-first design systems – simplify AI complexity by translating search and document analysis business problems into elegant AI user journeys and intuitive UIs
  • Collaborate & iterate – Pair with engineers, data scientists, and business experts to release improvements at pace
  • Mentor & elevate – Coach full stack engineers on UI/UX

 

About You

 

To excel in this role, you have:

  • 8+ years designing and building enterprise-grade products, including 2+ years leading or mentoring UI engineers
  • Deep expertise of delivering production applications using Angular, HTML and CSS, and responsive web apps
  • Portfolio of data-heavy or AI-powered products (dashboards, search, chat, etc)
  • Demonstrated user-research experience and iterative UX design principles
  • Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable working with global teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
