About the role

As a member of the China Medical Reinsurance team, this role will support Medical Reinsurance System Landscape Project and regular experience monitoring of reinsurance treaties. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Data cleaning and checking with Technical Accounting
  • Mapping client data into Medical Reinsurance System
  • Work with Operation team to generate analysis report on the system
  • Identify findings and assist in sharing with clients
  • Work with experience study actuary to conduct regular experience analysis using advanced analytical tools
  • Write analysis report and share findings internally
  • Support on pricing basis update and treaty renewal

About You

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 2+ years industry experience
  • Previous medical insurance data analysis experience is preferred, medical pricing experience is an advantage
  • SAS skill is a must, Python/R skill is an advantage
  • Can communicate in English;  Native Chinese speaker
  • Strong analytical skills and quick learner
  • Self-motivated, able to collaborate and communicate effectively.
