Senior Event Manager APAC

About the Role

As f our Senior Event Managers for APAC, you'll be the driving forces behind our regional events execution, transforming marketing objectives into exceptional event experiences. You'll manage the complete event lifecycle, from creative conceptualization to flawless execution (across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats).  

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, Design and deliver high-quality client-facing events aligned with marketing strategies across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
  • Manage end-to-end logistics including vendor relationships, venue selection, and detailed run-of-show planning for all assigned events
  • Develop and implement invitation workflows using specialized event tools, handling segmentation, guest communications, and RSVP tracking
  • Coordinate with support staff, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless onsite delivery and local event support
  • Analyze event engagement metrics and share actionable insights to continuously improve future events
  • Collaborate with regional marketing specialists to integrate event touchpoints into broader channels and campaigns
  • Maintain comprehensive event documentation including playbooks, task lists, and briefs
  • Ensure all event elements meet branding, compliance, and documentation standards
  • Build excellent relationships with stakeholder and marketing mangers for specific markets.

 

About the Team

You'll be joining our Marketing Services & Operations department, a collaborative team dedicated to creating impactful marketing initiatives across the APAC region. Working closely with Business Unit Marketing and Service Hub colleagues, you'll help translate our company's vision into meaningful client experiences that drive business results. Our team values innovation, attention to detail, and cross-cultural collaboration to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing services throughout Asia Pacific.

 

About You

You're a seasoned event professional who combines creative vision with exceptional organizational skills. You thrive in dynamic environments, can pivot quickly when needed, and have a talent for bringing people together to create memorable experiences. Your communication skills allow you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and you have a keen eye for the details that transform good events into great ones.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing B2B events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
  • Strong experience managing event logistics, schedules, budgets, vendors, and delivery teams
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (essential for managing events and working with agencies in Mainland China)
  • Willing to travel within the APAC region to support with on-site event management (travel required 50%).  
  • Demonstrated ability to design event concepts and translate ideas into actionable plans
