About the Role


  • •         Creates B2C (business to consumer) or D2C (Direct to Consumer) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • •         Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • •         Create or work with consultants on design, animation, CRM development, and lead vendors, who will execute on the campaign development and activity. Requires a great deal of hand's on execution supplemented with contractors and IT support.
  • •         Work within a budget and report any overspend.
  • •         Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
  • •         Ensure that the organization and partner brands and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • •         Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • •         Maintain KPI measurements of the lead conversions (CPL, CPA, CPS) for each campaigns source and A/B testing.
  • •         Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary. Make certain each ad is compliant and meets market conduct requirements.
  • •         Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • •         Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.

About You:

Educational Requirement

•         University degree or equivalent


Professional Experience

  • •         10 plus years of digital management experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry
  • •         Successful record of digital marketing leadership
  • •         Diverse industry network with key partners (lead gen companies, digital agencies, call center)
  • •         Knowledge of marketing campaigns, digital advertising, omnichannel marketing, and the insurance industry
  • •         Successful understanding of dealings with complex consumer journeys through multiple channels in tracking lead attribution
  • •         Intimate knowledge of various CRM systems like salesforce.com


Leadership skills

  • •         Entrepreneurial outlook and focus on execution
  • •         Consumer-centric and understanding of UX capabilities
  • •         Pragmatic, “can do” solution mentality
  • •         Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • •         Excellent networking and influential leadership skills

Technical skills

  • •         Solid understanding of campaign development, CRM, CMS, Tracking and Reporting
  • •         Excellent understanding of SEO, keyword maagement, digital advertising, key competitors, distribution channels, market trends and dynamics
  • •         Excellent relationship management, marketing and sales skills
