About the Role


  • Facilitate iptiQ's and our partners' product vision by researching, ideating, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and final designs optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user testing and rapidly iterate design solutions based on real user insights. 
  • Translate user insights and concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to enable strategic user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Ability to manage project tasks from multiple business stakeholders and varying priorities. Maintain transparent communication on priority and backlog status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of external and internal developers, product owners, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance of product features to requirements including that of information security, regulation, and risk management.

About You


  • Strong conceptual thinking combined with excellent problem-solving capabilities and an innovative mindset
  • An entrepreneurial attitude with ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Extensive experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • 3+ years of product design experience
  • Expertise in standard product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to business teams, clients and development team.
  • Experience using methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup.
  • Solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility.
