About the role

 

Are you looking for new challenges to grow personally in a start-up environment? You have an exceptional and exciting opportunity to join a cross functional team within of iptiQ, a new US business unit within a global organization. You will join a diverse team committed to delivering services to iptiQ's wide variety of clients. We put the consumer experience at the heart of everything we do.

As the Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for being the technical subject matter resource for during our distribution partners implementation.   You will also be responsible for ensuring the distribution partner configurations are completed and set up correctly in our internal systems.  You will work closely with the distribution partners, vendor partners, and members of our IT team to ensure a partner understands how our technology .  

 

As part of this role, you will:

  • Maintain a professional demeanor interacting with our distribution partners
  • Provide technical, business consulting and expertise to distribution partners
  • Facilitate technical discussions and troubleshooting sessions
  • Produce and manage distribution partner facing documentation
  • Collaborate effectively cross-functionally and see the big picture to effectively support partners;
  • Perform and/or track internal set up tasks to complete distribution partner set up;
  • Interact with business users, external vendors, and internal developers on a daily basis;
  • Be a problem solver: analyze issues, identify root causes, propose solutions and consistently track issue resolution.
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency and increase quality;
  • Develop knowledge of processes and systems across all front and back-end functions, including intersections with other functional units and external vendors and partners;

 

About You

 

  • You focus on the customer first and have proven success in client facing roles with strong presentation skills.
  • You have worked in agile environment(s) and are competent in tools such as VSTS, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps.
  • You can focus on multiple initiatives at once and troubleshoot problems quickly.
  • You are resourceful in overcoming barriers to achieve objectives.  You learn how to use new tools quickly.
  • You are IT literate and understand API's.
  • You demonstrate a creative mindset with a strong interest in new technologies. You are hands-on and enjoy resolving problems.
  • You are passionate about delivering customer value and seamless customer experience. You are detailed oriented and take pride in delivering high quality results.
  • You are comfortable executing statements using SQL
  • You can invoke REST or SOAP based APIs via tools such as postman or curl.
  • You understand SSO functionality such as Oauth, SAML 2.0, and JWT.
  • You can report defects after initial troubleshooting and data gathering.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience with SaaS implementations
