AWAI Activation Manager (Hybrid)
About the Role
As Swiss Re accelerates its Advance with AI (AwAI) programme, we are expanding our support capacity to ensure seamless adoption of AI tools and practices across the organization. In this role, you will contribute to scaling individual AI adoption, supporting local teams, and strengthening the overall effectiveness of the Org Activation and Leadership Enablement workstreams. You will act as a hands-on enabler for employees, leaders, and HR colleagues as we integrate AI into daily work, shift mindsets, and build measurable adoption momentum.
About the Team
You will join the Advance with AI – Org Activation team, a cross‑functional group working closely with HR, Group Functions, Business Units, and our AI Leadership. The team focuses on driving consistent AI adoption, enabling line managers, operating the AI Champion network, and supporting the rollout of enterprise-wide learning resources and activation campaigns. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead adoption workstreams and ensure teams confidently embed AI into workflows.
Main tasks/activities/responsibilities

Drive AI Adoption Workstreams
Lead design and delivery of adoption workstreams.
Run activation cycles and capability-building sessions.

Shift Behaviours Through Targeted Interventions
Apply persona frameworks to tailor interventions.
Conduct sensing to identify barriers and adapt training.

Leadership Engagement & Communication
Support leaders to articulate AI ambition and embed AI into routines.
Prepare communication materials and adoption narratives.

Strengthen and Coordinate AI Champions Network
Equip champions to scale bottom‑up innovations.
Monitor activity and ensure alignment with BU/function needs.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Align with Org Activation, HR, L&D, and BU leads.
Consolidate and scale activation best practices.

Performance Measurement & Reporting
Track adoption KPIs and report progress.
Highlight success stories and friction points.
About you
Education and experience
• You have a university degree in business administration, economics or similar
• 5+ years programme management experience in HR, transformation, change management, communications, or project coordination.
• You can translate ideas into practical solutions
• You can handle multiple projects and priorities in parallel and coordinate complex assignments

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 3,200 and EUR 5,300 per month (for a full-time role).

• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
