AWAI Activation Specialist (Hybrid)

About the Role


As Swiss Re accelerates its Advance with AI (AwAI) programme, we are expanding our support capacity to ensure seamless adoption of AI tools and practices across the organization. In this role, you will contribute to scaling individual AI adoption, supporting local teams, and strengthening the overall effectiveness of the Org Activation and Leadership Enablement workstreams. You will act as a hands-on enabler for employees, leaders, and HR colleagues as we integrate AI into daily work, shift mindsets, and build measurable adoption momentum.

 

About the Team

 

You will join the Advance with AI – Org Activation team, a cross‑functional group working closely with HR, Group Functions, Business Units, and our AI Leadership. The team focuses on driving consistent AI adoption, enabling line managers, operating the AI Champion network, and supporting the rollout of enterprise-wide learning resources and activation campaigns. You will work closely with HR and relevant colleagues who are supporting individual adoption efforts across markets.


Main tasks/activities/responsibilities
•    Support execution of local and functional AwAI adoption plans, including learning paths, Activation Missions, and targeted enablement sessions.
•    Guide employees in accessing AI resources, identifying relevant use cases, and integrating AI tools into daily routines.
•    Localise and distribute core AwAI anchor communications.
•    Maintain dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
•    Support AI Champion community growth and coordination.
•    Collaborate with HR, Org Activation, Learning, and AI Leadership teams.

 

 

About you


Education and experience
•    You have a university degree in business administration, economics or similar
•    2–4 years of experience in HR, transformation, change management, communications, or project coordination.
•    You can translate ideas into practical solutions

•    Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage the needs and expectations of clients and other stakeholders
•    Results oriented, "can-do" mentality complemented with a self-starter mentality and an ability to work independently
•    Ability to gather varying stakeholder requirements and to develop pragmatic, efficient processes 
•    Ability to meet high quality standards and at ease when interacting with management 
•    Team player
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Ability to work in the face of complexity, conflicting pressures and ambiguous or changing circumstances
•    Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. European) is a plus 

 

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week 

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and EUR 3,000 per month (for a full-time role).  
The specific salary offered considers: 

•    the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, 

•    the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience. 
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits.
