Admin & Project Coordinator - CEO Office, Risk Data Solutions

About the Role 

 

As part of the RDS CEO Office, you will support the Head CEO Office, the CEO, and the RDS Management Team across strategic, operational, and executive priorities. This role combines executive assistance, business coordination, project support, governance activities, and performance excellence. You will operate at the heart of the organisation, ensuring smooth execution of priorities and contributing to leadership-level initiatives. 

 

We are looking for a highly supportive, versatile professional with an adaptable and flexible personality, who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance multiple responsibilities with discretion and ownership. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Executive & Leadership Support

 

  • Coordinate confidential communications, correspondence, and briefing materials.
  • Support preparation of materials for executive meetings, committees, and reviews.
  • Support the CEO’s travel coordination and act as backup for the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
  • Facilitate alignment across divisions and regional stakeholders. 

 

2. Project & Initiative Support 

 

  • Support high-priority RDS tasks aligned with divisional and Group strategy.
  • Monitor progress, deliverables, and timelines; provide structured, transparent updates.
  • Drive assigned topics independently with strong ownership and delivery focus.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process or coordination improvements. 

 

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

 

  • Coordinate inputs across functions and regions to ensure unified delivery.
  • Support key client interactions and senior stakeholder engagements.
  • Handle cross-department communications and regular update calls. 

 

4. Events, Team Culture & Engagement 

 

  • Support in organising team events, offsites, leadership sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-oriented culture and support team-building activities.
  • Help drive culture-building initiatives and internal communications. 

 

About Risk Data Solutions (RDS) 

 

RDS provides data-driven software platforms, APIs, and analytics to help clients understand, quantify, and manage risk. By converting complex data into actionable intelligence, RDS supports decision-making and creates scalable digital solutions across global markets. 

 

About You 

 

You are a support-focused, versatile professional with an adaptable and flexible personality who thrives in a fast-paced executive setting. You bring a blend of strong organisational capabilities, professional maturity, and a solution-oriented mindset. 

 

You bring: 

 

  • Proven experience in executive support, administration, coordination, or project management
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various levels
  • Ability to drive topics independently while maintaining alignment with stakeholders
  • Comfort working with sensitive information and acting with discretion
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) 

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Experience in a corporate executive office
  • Project-management training or certification
  • Event-planning experience

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and 2,800 EUR per month (for a full-time role). 

The specific salary offered considers: the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience. 

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
