Analytics Product Owner (Hybrid; m/f/x/d; 80-100%)
About the Role
As a Product Owner for analytics and AI products, you will take end-to-end ownership of strategic, data-driven solutions—from defining the vision and roadmap through to delivery and adoption. You will ensure that these products deliver tangible business value, meet stakeholder needs, and are effectively embedded into decision-making processes. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven products and continuously evolve them to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data, analytics, and AI products, defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear product requirements, prioritizing features, and driving delivery of high-impact solutions
- Drive adoption and value realization by embedding products into business processes, defining success metrics, and continuously tracking and communicating business impact
- Identify and integrate advanced analytics and AI capabilities (including Generative AI) into products to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, data engineering, data science, and IT) to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with broader organizational goals
- Continuously improve products based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business needs, applying best practices in agile delivery and product management
- Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

About You

- Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in data, analytics, or digital products, ideally working with data-driven applications and platforms
- Strong ability to translate business problems into data & analytics solutions, defining clear use cases, KPIs, and value outcomes
- Experience working with analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Foundry) and broader data ecosystems, including familiarity with data pipelines, data models, and dashboarding concepts
- Good understanding of AI / advanced analytics capabilities (e.g. predictive models, Generative AI / LLMs) and how to apply them in business contexts
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in agile delivery environments, including backlog management, prioritization, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product ownership, driving delivery while maintaining a clear product vision
- Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services is an advantage
For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between 41,000 EUR and 68,000 EUR for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role
• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
