Asset Management Associate (student role)

You will gain a valuable insight into Asset Management, leveraging your knowledge from your studies and applying it in the financial world. You will be working in the team, applying your analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills and planning. During the whole contract, you will help us with basic checks in Excel and tools, mapping of data, production of reports, production of meeting minutes etc.

About the Team
 
Asset Management - Governance team is responsible for the implementation and the continued strengthening of efficiency and effectiveness of the AM control framework. We initiate, coordinate and manage various governance related control activities, reviews and monitoring functions according to our internal procedures. This includes: process and control documentation, risk assessment, reporting operational incidents and gaps in our processes.
 
In addition, we connect Asset Management with Compliance and Risk Management and ensure smooth exchange of information.
 
About the Role
 
•    Collect data, review them and produce the required reports as instructed by Supervisor
•    Support the maintenance of the AM processes and its overall landscaping
•    Perform quality checks of predefined data
•    Produce reports and analyses
•    Support any governance related tasks and other position related tasks as agreed with AM business or as instructed by Supervisor
•    Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
 
About You
 
•    University student in his / her 3rd or 4th year of studies
•    An additional plus would be international experience and dealing with other cultures
•    Very good oral and written communication skills in English
•    Good knowledge of MS Office
•    Strong communication skills and Team player
•    Strong detail orientation and analytical thinking
•    Willingness to learn, openness and flexibility to take on new tasks and challenges
 
The minimum gross base salary for this role is 9 EUR gross/hour.
