Auditor with focus on Technical Accounting / Business Services (Hybrid, 80-100%)

About the Role

As an Auditor with focus on Technical Accounting or Business Services (L&H or P&C) in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you will have the opportunity to leverage your business and technical knowledge across the end-to-end value chain while participating in a variety of audit activities. 
This role is an opportunity to deal with themes that have organizational impact and drive the risk culture of Swiss Re.

Key Responsibilities

•    Participate in a variety of audits, with a focus on Underwriting, Claims, Technical Accounting and Business Services functions, from beginning to end, owning your audit tasks within the agile audit team, and positively impacting the audit delivery.
•    Define and execute audit test plans, document your testing procedures and present findings to the relevant stakeholders.
•    Engage with various stakeholders across the business.

About You

Essentials
•    3-5 years' experience in the Re-/Insurance industry (L&H or P&C)
•    In-depth understanding of end-to-end process in Technical Accounting or Business Services
•    Understanding of governance processes and controls
•    Proficiency in English, written and spoken

Nice to Haves
•    Experience with internal or external reviews and/or audits

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 2000 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
