About the Role
As a Back Office Administrator with English/ French, you'll be at the heart of our Corporate Solutions operations, supporting underwriting units with their end-to-end business processes. This is a role where precision meets collaboration - you'll help ensure that our underwriting contracts are accurately reflected in our systems, that our processes run smoothly, and that our colleagues across EMEA have a reliable partner they can count on. Key Responsibilities

Review and validate insurance documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

Update and maintain internal systems to accurately reflect underwriting contracts, ensuring data integrity at every step

Work with data and Excel spreadsheets to support reporting, tracking, and operational tasks across the underwriting lifecycle

Follow established guidelines and processes while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing ideas with the team

Collaborate and communicate effectively in French OR German with colleagues across multiple EMEA locations, building strong cross-functional working relationships

Support policy administration by managing insurance policies covering both local and international clients

Contribute to smooth operations during peak periods by prioritising tasks effectively and maintaining high-quality output even under pressure

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Experience in a back office, administrative, or operations role, ideally within a corporate environment

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) -essential for day-to-day communication with colleagues and stakeholders across EMEA

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook, for data management, reporting, and professional communication

Strong attention to detail and numerical confidence - you're comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring accuracy in everything you produce

Strong time management and organisational skills, especially the ability to prioritise effectively when workloads increase

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,400 and EUR 2,300 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements, or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
Our company follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be present in the office at least 50% of working time.
