Key Responsibilities

About You
You're a detail-focused individual who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You bring strong organizational skills, a positive attitude toward learning, and a genuine enthusiasm for being the backbone of a team. You're comfortable working with data, adaptable to new systems and processes, and you understand that great operations are built on trust, consistency, and clear communication.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken) — essential for daily communication and document processing
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to work accurately with large volumes of data
- Solid understanding of office administration and support functions, including document handling and workflow management, Microsoft Office tools
- Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
These are additional nice to haves:
- Previous experience in back office, administrative support, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with corporate environments or the financial services sector
- Experience with data entry or document processing workflows
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts or terminology
- Experience working within international or multicultural teams
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,400 and EUR 2,300 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
