Are you a proactive professional who is passionate about working independently on a variety of office managerial duties? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly and are prioritized properly? Then you could be the one!

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Team Assistant to support three key leaders within our COO Division: the Head of Global Business Services, Head of Global Central Operations, and Head of Operational Model Excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and respective expense management
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external correspondence
  • Lead and assist with the coordination of team events and activities
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed

About the Team

The COO Office sits at the heart of the COO Division of Corporate Solutions, acting as the engine that drives alignment across the organization. We are the team that turns strategy into action, overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining governance, and ensuring performance stays aligned with big-picture goals. As the central hub for execution oversight, we work across functions to break down silos, optimize how we work, and help teams deliver their best. If you are passionate about impactful operations, strategic execution, and creating efficiencies that scale — this is where your work will truly make a difference.

About You

  • Previous experience as team assistant, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Excellent organizational skills – ability to balance and prioritize multiple duties at the same time while carrying out tasks in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to handle confidential information discreetly with the highest level of integrity
  • Able to work independently with little or no supervision, while being a collaborative teammate
  • Exceptional attention to details, adaptability, and flexibility
