Change & Adoption Specialist (hybrid)
About the Role
Are you passionate about technology and driving its adoption across a broad range of stakeholders with various tech confidence to maximize business impact? If yes, we are looking for a highly motivated Change & Adoption Specialist to take our tools and analytics products with a focus on Sales, Origination and Client relationship management to new heights! With this role you are at the forefront of Swiss Re's 2026 Group priorities increasing data and tool adoption as well as AI tool usage.
As the Change & Adoption Specialist you will have three distinct areas of responsibilities:
1. Driving Awareness, Adoption & Value Realization
- Develop and execute structured adoption strategies that drive increased usage, effective integration, and measurable business impact of Sales & Origination tools and analytics, securing senior sponsorship and embedding governance mechanisms to reinforce accountability and sustain adoption.
- Shape and communicate a compelling value narrative, proactively managing stakeholder perception, addressing misconceptions, and promoting appropriate, high-impact use cases across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Own and monitor adoption KPIs and reporting, ensuring transparency of usage and value realization, while acting as the voice of the customer by capturing feedback, tracking satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement of tools and user experience.
2. Educating & Enabling on Processes, Platforms and Products
- In collaboration with subject matter experts, develop and maintain structured training curricula across systems, processes, and analytics, tailored to different user personas and proficiency levels
- Own and drive adherence to standardized processes and best-practice ways of working across diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring consistent tool and process adoption through structured enablement, active performance monitoring, and escalation where required.
3. Promoting Collaboration & Change Excellence
- Partner with business leaders and product owners to strengthen engagement and advocacy.
- Establish and drive best practices in change and adoption management across Enabling teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and sustained behavioral change.
About the Team
You will be part of a high-performing team with very diverse skillsets and expertise across multiple locations. Together, we are the trusted advisor and partner for the Reinsurance business in relation to the origination landscape and analytics thereby are a core element of our digital transformation that enables and accelerates transformation to a performance driven Origination organization. We act as the product owners of several platforms such as Reinsurance Customer Relationship Management tool and analytics offerings therefore are the interface between IT, business departments and external service providers.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in change and adoption management (within financial services is beneficial), with a proven track record of designing and delivering training and adoption initiatives that drive measurable product adoption and embed sustainable process and tool usage in complex, matrixed organisational environments; re/insurance experience is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience establishing governance and performance frameworks that drive measurable adoption of standardized processes and tools across matrixed organisations, including defining decision rights, monitoring adherence through data-driven KPIs, and influencing stakeholders at all levels to address gaps and reinforce accountability.
- Self-driven and execution-oriented, able to identify opportunities, engage the right stakeholders, and independently lead initiatives from concept through to measurable and sustainable outcomes, including addressing adoption gaps and misalignment.
- Strong affinity for technology and innovation, with the ability to support colleagues across a broad spectrum of digital confidence and maturity, translating complex topics into practical and actionable guidance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation and influencing capabilities, enabling you to drive alignment, reinforce standards, and achieve tangible improvements in adoption and process adherence outcomes.
- Highly customer-focused and resilient, comfortable operating under pressure, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 2 100 EUR and 3 400 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
