Do you have a passion for people, structure, and helping organizations navigate change with confidence? If you're ready to learn, contribute, and develop — this could be the perfect next step for you.
About the Role
Change doesn't manage itself — and that's exactly where you come in. As a Change Enablement Specialist, you'll be supporting some of our most strategically important initiatives, helping to ensure that the people impacted by change are informed, prepared, and set up for success. This is a role where you'll build your change management expertise hands-on, working alongside experienced colleagues to coordinate end-to-end change journeys that drive real, measurable adoption across the organization.
This is a role for someone who is organized, curious, and people-oriented — someone who is ready to grow into a trusted change partner and knows that the true measure of change success is what happens after go-live.
Key responsibilities
- Support change activities across key projects and business initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across teams and stakeholders to ensure everyone stays informed and aligned.
- Work with project teams, business stakeholders, and leaders to support successful change adoption.
- Help identify impacted groups, assess their needs, and understand how changes may affect them.
- Support the creation and delivery of change communications and engagement plans.
- Track change readiness and adoption by gathering feedback, running surveys, and monitoring key metrics.
- Identify potential adoption risks and help address them early.
- Coordinate go-live activities and help prepare employees for upcoming changes.
- Support reporting and maintain visibility of change activities, timelines, and readiness status.
- Contribute to a consistent and practical approach to change management across the organization.
