About the Role

You will be responsible for obtaining claims documentation through an electronic communication platform, entering claims information into our legacy systems, monitoring reserving levels and preparing payments. In addition, you will report comprehensive claims information to the claims handlers. Your essential responsibilities will include to:

  • Obtain documents from brokers through an electronic communication platform, examine claims documents received and undertake any required adjustments

  • Establish claims files in legacy systems

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including claims payments and claims setup, and other non-core claims processes

  • Review client inquiries regarding open billing invoices as well as statements from clients and brokers

  • Identify potential claims to be referred to appropriate personnel

  • Provide operational support as needed to various business departments

  • Work with the Accounting team to book corrections and assure ledger accuracy

About You

  • You have strong analytical, organizational and social skills

  • You are able to work both independently as well as in the team

  • You have the ability to handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment and establish priorities

  • You actively contribute to the team spirit

  • Profound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Package

  • English language written and spoken, Italian is a plus

 

*The role is open on temporary basis, one year contract trough external agency* 

 

Minimum base salary for this job from 1100 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits. *
