About the role

Role is a maternity cover within the EMEA Operations departments of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Unit in Bratislava.

  • Understand internal commercial insurance administration guidelines (in English)
  • Review policy records in the administration system, compare with deal documentation and identify mis-matches (e.g. error in premium deduction calculations)
  • Approach performer of the record (e-mail/phone/meeting) in case of mis-match and clarify situation (e.g. request correction or missing document)
  • When needed, liaise with front-end underwriter and underwriter-assistants located in our offices across European countries
  • Report progress & outcome of the review in tracking tool

 

About you:

 

  • Previous experience in the insurance sector, ideally in policy administration and/or accounting
  • Affinity with numbers
  • English, any other European languages is a plus (in particular German or Italian)

 

Minimum base salary for this job from 1100 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.
