Delivery Lead

About the Role

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services, ensuring that all activities align with business objectives and customer expectations. This role involves managing and coordinating the resolution of complex technical issues between support teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet agreed service levels and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the incident management process, ensuring that all incidents are logged, prioritized, and resolved within agreed service levels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between support teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage escalations, ensuring that issues are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor service delivery, providing regular reports on status, performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the service delivery and incident management frameworks and work with relevant teams to implement changes.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their incidents and projects, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the resolution and delivery processes.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple incidents, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and cooperation between different support levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile development approaches (e.g., Scrum).

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,200] and [EUR 5,300] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:​

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, ​
  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.​

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.

Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
