About the Role

 

 

In this practical, user-focused role, you'll create clear guidelines and step-by-step instructions that help employees effectively use our digital platforms. When new features are implemented, you'll translate technical capabilities into user-friendly guidance and navigating people through systems to accomplish their tasks efficiently.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • User Guidance Creation: Develop clear, step-by-step instructions and visual guides showing users exactly how to navigate through digital platforms
  • Feature Implementation Support: Receive requests for new features and create accompanying user documentation and in-app guidance
  • Digital Adoption Tool Management: Implement and maintain solutions like WalkMe to provide contextual help within applications
  • Process Simplification: Identify user pain points and create solutions that streamline workflows
  • User Training: Design and deliver practical training content that helps users quickly adapt to new features and systems
  • Feedback Collection: Gather user experiences and translate them into actionable improvements

About You

 

 

You're a practical problem-solver who enjoys helping others navigate technology with confidence. You have a talent for breaking down complex processes into simple, easy-to-follow steps. You're observant, detail-oriented, and derive satisfaction from seeing users successfully adopt digital tools that make their work easier.

 

 

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with digital platforms, enterprise software, or business applications
  • Demonstrated experience in at least ONE of these areas:
    • Creating user guides or step-by-step instructions for software applications
    • Process optimization or workflow improvement initiatives
    • Change management for technology implementations
    • Business analysis with focus on user requirements
  • Proven ability to translate technical features into user-friendly language and instructions
  • Experience creating visual aids, screenshots, or diagrams to explain digital processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand user needs and explain solutions clearly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and digital collaboration tools

 

These are additional nice to haves:

 

  • Experience with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe, Pendo, WhatFix, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of UX principles or user-centered design
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, LearningOne, or similar content management systems
  • Basic understanding of HTML or CSS for content customization
  • Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI)

 

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,100 and EUR 3,400 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

 

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, 
  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience. 

 

 

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range. 

 


In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
