Executive Assistant

About the role

If you join us, you will be able to participate in a variety of initiatives and you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and their stakeholders, playing a crucial role in managing and prioritizing their complex calendar.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion. 

  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and the wider team, ensuring clear and timely communication, coordinating leadership team meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. 

  • Plan and execute events such as client meetings, industry conferences, and internal workshops, coordinating logistics for both virtual and in-person engagements, and letting your expertise in event coordination shine. 

  • Demonstrate commitment to administrative excellence by overseeing travel arrangements, expense reports, and reconciliation, as well as managing office systems and maintaining organized filing systems for documents and records. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols, showcasing your dedication. 

  • Make instrumental contributions in driving the success and efficiency of the executive and the entire team. 

 

About you 

You are experienced Executive Assistant that can bring order into chaos and can stay on top of agenda of senior executive running a large and complex team. 

 

Essentials 

  • A confident, assertive communicator who is not afraid to disagree respectfully and steer when needed. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with impeccable attention to detail.  

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a large team environment. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams,). 

  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain discretion. 

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Ability to maintain high performance and effectiveness under pressure. 

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with reinsurance or financial industry

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. 

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 1,800] and [EUR 2,800] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
•    the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, 
•    the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
