Executive Education Support (Student role)

We offer premium learning and development programs tailored to Swiss Re clients - for primary insurers, insurance brokers, Insurtech firms, governments, and large businesses outside the insurance industry.

 

About the Role

 

You will closely work together with the programme management and delivery teams. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating and collecting inputs,  completing weekly invoicing request
  • Maintain track of issued invoices according internal policies
  • Distribution of invoices to our clients and following up on unpaid invoices, should there be any

About You​

 

You are a forward-thinking individual with great interpersonal skills, able to work to with a diverse range of people  

 

Essentials​

  • Client centric, service- and solution-minded work demeanor  
  • You like to maintain high quality standards and dedicate your attention to details  
  • You are computer savvy; proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint (and are willing to work with new collaboration and training tools)  
  • Your written command of English is excellent

 

Nice to Haves​

  • Organisational skills with an ability to prioritize and supervise multiple tasks. 
  • If possible, you can start already in June 2024

The minimum gross  salary for this role is 6 EUR full time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
