Executive Programme Manager (Temporary)

What if your organisational skills helped shape the thinking of the world's most influential risk leaders? At Swiss Re Executive Education, we design and deliver executive learning programmes for leading insurers, corporates and governments around the world. We're looking for a highly organised professional to help bring these premium learning experiences to life.

This role sits at the heart of our executive education operation. Success depends on precision, professionalism and a genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences for senior leaders.

About the Role

As Executive Programmes Administrator, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of our executive programmes — from enrolment to completion. Working alongside Swiss Re experts, external faculty, global clients and operational partners, you will play a central role in delivering premium executive programmes for senior leaders from insurance companies, corporates and governments worldwide.

Every programme is delivered for external clients, making this one of the most internationally connected and client-facing operational roles within Swiss Re.

This is a fixed-term role until 31 August 2027, with the intention to extend subject to budget and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end programme administration — registration, scheduling, materials, logistics and post-programme follow-up — delivering every programme to the highest professional standard
  • Deliver an exceptional participant experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standard our clients expect
  • Administer our Learning Management System (LMS) and webshop (campus.swissre.com) — course setup, user management, progress tracking and reporting
  • Act as the primary contact for participant and faculty queries, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders across cultures and time zones
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers on bookings, contracts and logistics, keeping every moving part aligned
  • Support financial tracking, invoicing and reporting in close partnership with the Production & Digital Enabling team
  • Maintain programme data and performance metrics, turning accurate records into meaningful insights for the Exec Ed portfolio

About You

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education or a related field
  • Experience in an operational, administrative or learning role within a corporate or international setting
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Exceptional organisational skills and an uncompromising eye for detail
  • Fluent written and verbal English with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
  • A strong customer focus and service mindset, with an appreciation for delivering premium services in a client-facing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn about the insurance and risk industry

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Experience coordinating events or executive programmes
