About the Role


As Executive Programmes Administrator, you’ll play a key role in enabling the delivery of outstanding learning experiences to our clients. You’ll support the smooth execution of our training programmes, ensure data accuracy, manage systems, and coordinate logistics - helping bring world-class education to life.

Your Key Responsibilities
•    Programme Coordination:
Support the delivery of executive learning programmes, including scheduling, managing participant lists, sending invites, and coordinating logistics with event teams.
•    Learning Systems Support:
Help manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and webshop (campus.swissre.com), including course setup, user registration, learner progress tracking, and reporting.
•    Client Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for learner queries that cannot be solved by our ContactOne service centre. Communicate clearly and helpfully with learners, trainers, and colleagues.
•    Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate training records, feedback, and usage statistics. Support the preparation of reports related to learning activity and programme finances.
•    Financial Administration:
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and processing invoices in coordination with the Production & Digital Enabling team.
•    Vendor & Partner Coordination:
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to arrange bookings, coordinate logistics, and troubleshoot as needed.

 

Performance Indicators
Your success will be measured by your contribution to:
1.    The market value of programmes delivered
2.    Fee income from client programmes
3.    Net Promoter Score (NPS) from participants

 

About You

 

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
•    Experience in an administrative or learning-related role, ideally in corporate learning or training
•    Comfortable working with Learning Management Systems
•    Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
•    Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-driven
•    Team player with a collaborative mindset
•    Fluent in English

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,800 and EUR 2,900 per month (for a full-time role). 
The specific salary offered considers:
•    the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,

•    the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
