Executive/Team Assistant (Hybrid) - Maternity Cover/ Graduate Job

About the role
You will provide a broad set of operational and administrative support services to the Head of Group Functions InfoTech as well as the division's leadership team. Within the Group Functions IT Office, you are the central point-of-contact to ensure that various processes across the division are executed efficiently and effectively. Depending on your interest, you can gradually assume more responsibilities.
If you join us, you will be able to participate in a variety of initiatives and you will:

Manage and coordinate Outlook calendars of the division head and the leadership team

Coordinate and manage on-site events in Bratislava
-
Support organization of remote events, virtual townhalls and webinars

Liaise with other assistants to coordinate schedules and administrative tasks

Support the Group Functions InfoTech Office in communications tasks and activities (Townhall Meetings, SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage posts)

Maintain the overview of the various management meetings

Occasional travel to Zurich
About The Team
We are a big Tech Division delivering cutting-edge technologies to Swiss Re, specifically for Risk Management, Finance and other Corporate Functions. As we are globally present, you will work with diverse groups of colleagues across locations and time zones. You will specifically join the Group Functions InfoTech Office, a central team in the Division. We are responsible for strategic oversight of the division, overarching communication strategy and execution as well as the direct leadership support.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 1,300] and [EUR 2,100] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
