Finance Chart of Accounts Master Data Analyst (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about financial data integrity and process excellence? Join our dynamic Finance team in Bratislava where you'll play a crucial role in shaping how financial master data drives business decisions across our global organization. This opportunity offers the perfect blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role

As a Finance Master Data Analyst, you'll be at the intersection of Finance and Technology, ensuring our financial data foundation is robust, accurate, and optimized. You'll own critical master data processes that directly impact financial reporting integrity and system reliability across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity for financial reporting, with a strong focus on the SAP Chart of Accounts (CoA) setup and ongoing maintenance, including end-to-end (E2E) process ownership and coordination
  • Manage the full E2E account lifecycle, from SAP General Ledger (GL) accounts through Group IFRS accounts, including related mapping tables and dependencies
  • Lead CoA governance activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of monthly CoA Board meetings for new account requests and structural changes
  • Coordinate Group IFRS mappings, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment between local SAP GL accounts and Group reporting requirements
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the SAP General Ledger data model, including remeasurement keys and account ownership setup, working closely with Business teams worldwide
  • Apply and further develop SAP Finance data model knowledge, particularly in the areas of segmentation, currency setup, and transaction types, to ensure correct accounting and reporting outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement of master data processes, standards, and controls in close collaboration with IT, Finance, and Data Governance stakeholders

About the Team

You'll be joining the Finance Central Data Management (FCDM) team responsible for coordinating and managing Finance's centralized master data processes. You'll analyze, implement, and improve how master data is handled, ensuring consistency and reliability across our financial systems.

About You

You're a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment where precision matters.
