Financial Governance Specialist (Hybrid)

In this role, you will:
• Support improvements of the internal control framework
• Assist with risk assessments for projects
• Oversee Financial Reporting Risk monitoring
• Participate in global Risk & Governance projects
• Provide audit advisory services
• Support monitoring and closure of open issues
• Coordinate quarterly control reviews with CFOs
About the Team
The Group Finance Governance team is part of Group Finance. We provide insight and advice on finance process risks and controls, ensuring strong end-to-end financial reporting. We work closely with internal and external audit, support the IFRS governance framework, and drive automation and optimisation across the risk and control environment.
About You
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
• Approx. 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Insurance or Audit
• Strong team player, willing to collaborate and support colleagues
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of internal stakeholders and business partners
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset — you challenge the status quo
• Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps
• Familiarity with Stargate or willingness to learn digital tools used in governance and reporting
• Motivation to grow, learn and develop across risk, controls and automation
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2,100 and EUR 3,400 per month (for a full-time role).

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
