Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly and quarterly investment reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and business partners.
- Guide clients through financial data with clarity and confidence.
- Coordinate daily operations with our third-party outsourcing provider.
- Analyze and enhance current accounting and reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Understand data flows and system interactions to ensure accurate and timely accounting transactions.
About the Team
The Investment Accounting team is part of Global Finance and has ownership of sub-ledger accounting for investments including all valuations and related reporting. Our team is responsible for financial accounting & closing of all investment sub-ledger balances across all local accounting valuations, ensuring closing timelines are met and accounting policies and controls are adhered to. Our contribution lies in the transformation of investment data into accurate reportable format. We offer advice on investment related matters such as due diligence support, acquisitions, set up new entities, new products, etc.

What We’re Looking For:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Reporting is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,400 and EUR 2,400 per month (for a full-time role).
The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
