About the Role

As a Global Insurance Network Partner Analyst, you will be at the heart of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' international insurance network partner ecosystem — helping shape, sustain and optimise the network that powers our International Programs across the globe. Working closely with the Global Insurance Network Partner Managers, you will ensure that our capabilities span every territory our underwriting teams and clients depend on. This is a role where your work truly matters: you are an enabler of our international business model and a key contributor to delivering a distinctive client experience worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and report on the Insurance Network Partner portfolio — tracking KPIs, monitoring SLAs and deriving actionable insights
- Coordinate Insurance Network Partner visits and prepare presentation materials and meeting agendas
- Support compliance processes including CDD/AML, KYC and annual certificate collection
- Manage capability enquiries — develop questionnaires, log responses and help prioritise actions
- Maintain the Knowledge Base, Insurance Network Partner contact lists, portal access and the team SharePoint and SOPs
- Develop Insurance Network Partner marketing materials and customise presentations for specific audiences
- Monitor the shared mailbox and ensure timely, professional responses
- Perform Quality Assurance reviews to uphold high standards across network management activities

You will be joining the Global Insurance Network Partner team within International Program Operations at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions — a team that sits at the very centre of our international business engine.

About You
You are a service-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership. You bring structure and precision to everything you do, communicate clearly — both verbally and in writing — and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment where you manage multiple priorities. You are collaborative by nature, pragmatic in your approach, and focused on finding solutions.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Previous experience in operations, vendor management, or international program support, within a corporate environment, ideally working with global stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with datasets, interpret KPIs, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and working with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data visualisation); familiarity with modern productivity tools (e.g. Copilot or similar) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way, with exposure to project or coordination activities
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a valuable asset
- A can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, quality and timely delivery
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience within an insurance or financial services context
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience in creating dashboards in Power BI
- Basic understanding of KYC, CDD, or compliance processes in a corporate or financial setting
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,900 and EUR 3,200 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
