About the Role
As part of our Graphic Design team, you’ll develop communication and marketing assets across a range of platforms, ensuring they align with Swiss Re’s Corporate Identity/Corporate Design (CI/CD) standards. You’ll manage your projects from concept to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful, brand-consistent content. Collaboration and creativity are key—your ideas and execution will shape how we present ourselves to the world.
About the Team
We are Swiss Re’s in-house Media Services experts—specialists in Graphic Design and Video Production. Known for our collaborative spirit and innovative approach, we support a wide array of internal clients, producing content that’s not only visually engaging but also aligned with our brand. We experiment, learn, and create together.
About You
Essentials:
- A degree in Graphic Design (or related field) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong communication and consulting skills—you know how to advise stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
- Fluency in English is essential; German is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
- Experience with content management systems such as WORKIVA or censhare.
- Previous work on financial report preparation is a bonus.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 1 800€ and 3 000€ per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognize your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
