HR Admin Support with German Language (student job)
About the Team
Are you an engaged individual with real passion for HR? We have an interesting role which supports Swiss Re Human Resources Admin team.
We cover tasks related to employee life cycle, benefit administration, payroll and other project tasks.
You will be part of complex, cross-country, cross-culture, cross-process and multilingual environment.
About the Role
You will be providing administrative support to HR Admin team responsible for employee lifecycle in various EMEA locations, mainly:
- Supporting administration of Reference Letters which includes:
- Drafting, reviewing and issuing interim and final Reference Letters for employees
- Communication with employees, line managers, HR advisors/partners and keeping track of all required documentation as per the established process
- Storing obligatory HR documents in eFile platform based on agreed categorisation in order to ensure records retention according to legal standards
- Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor
- Provide cover for roles in other teams
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
About You
- You are reliable, detail oriented, precise, diligent, organized
- You like to work in team
- You have at least upper-intermediate written and oral English
- German language at least at B1 level
- Have strong Client-orientation and empathy
- Having ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information
Minimum base salary for this job from 7 EUR gross/hour.
