HR Operations Associate

Are you a curious and engaged individual with an interest in HR topics? Do you enjoy data administration in HR tools? If so, we have an interesting HR opportunity for you in our Global HR Organisational Management team within the international environment of Swiss Re!

 

This is a temporary 1 year contract.

 

About the Team

 

You will be a member of the HR Organisational Management team, consisting of Associates and Specialists responsible for maintaining the global organisation and position structure. This includes overseeing reorganisations in Swiss Re, acting as a global data maintenance governance body, performing personnel administrational tasks to ensure that data is entered in accordance with our global guidelines. You will support colleagues within designated organisational units while consulting the wider HR community and other business functions on the system implementation of reorganisations.

 

This position is a unique opportunity to gain experience in working with various HR teams across the globe, collaborate within a multinational team, learn more about Swiss Re's organisational management, gain exposure in the local Bratislava office and work with the newest HR systems.

 

About the Role

 

  • Supporting team members performing organisational and position management topics
  • Maintaining position and organisation related data in internal tools
  • Interacting with various HR departments and other functions across the organisation
  • Performing data quality checks and coordinating the correction with respective HR teams
  • Supporting the team with global personnel administrational tasks and processes
  • Assisting the team lead in setting and reviewing global processes 
  • Contributing to team initiatives as needed
  • Performing other position-related tasks as instructed by your supervisor
  • Providing cover for roles in other teams
  • Handling any ad hoc tasks as required from time to time

 

About You

 

  • A background in data management, preferably in the HR sector
  • Excellent communication skills in both Slovak and English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with global and diverse teams in a matrixed environment
  • The ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations, and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and employees 
  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, along with high reliability, diligence, and work ethic
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for both individual and teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • A client-oriented mindset, focused on delivering high-quality service and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or a similar HR platform (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft) that can help you optimize data management and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and manipulation

 

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1300 and EUR 2000 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.


In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
