About the Role
As a IT Business Analyst in our Corporate Functions InfoTech team, you'll be at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into effective solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Legal & Compliance, Audit, Procurement, and Finance to understand their needs and deliver systems that enhance their operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams

Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and actual hands-on to configure our Expense reporting tool. Based on business requirements.

Testing Coordination: Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology solutions

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements, solution designs, and user guides

Change Management: Support the implementation of new solutions, including training and communication planning

You're a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You have excellent analytical skills and can translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications. Your communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and you're comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. With your technical understanding and background, you can configure SaaS solution. You're adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Solid business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management

Technical understanding of IT solutions (SaaS) and experience working with cloud-based applications

Excellent communication skills including clear articulation of technical topics to non-technical audiences
These are additional nice to haves:

Work experience on the Coupa platform

Azure experience

Technical understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, JSON Web services, SOAP & REST API, SAML

Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams

Knowledge of financial, legal, or compliance domains

Experience with process modeling and optimization techniques

Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools

Project management skills and experience coordinating complex initiatives
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 2,200] and [EUR 3,700] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
