If so, this is your opportunity to play a critical role in strengthening the backbone of a global enterprise. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and forward-thinking individual to help us enhance our IT disaster recovery capabilities and safeguard against disruptions — from system outages to ransomware attacks.

  • Enhance Testing Practices: Continuously refine testing methodologies, aligning with global standards and ensuring effectiveness across all critical systems.
  • Leverage Data & Regulations: Use operational insights and regulatory frameworks (like DORA, NIST, and Business Continuity standards) to uncover gaps and testing opportunities.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as an advisor and communicator between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Ensure End-to-End Coverage: Define, conduct, and analyze comprehensive disaster recovery tests to validate the resilience of IT services.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience creating, managing, or evaluating disaster recovery plans and tests.
  • Strong understanding of complex tech stacks and eagerness to adapt to evolving environments.
  • A collaborative mindset with a knack for working across functions to align on objectives and outcomes.
  • Clear, confident communication skills — able to explain processes and results to technical and non-technical audiences alike. Proficiency in English is essential.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, Business Continuity, or IT Service Management.
