About the Role

•    Management and coordination of planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities of application penetration tests
•    Relationship management with external penetration testing service providers
•    Monitoring, tracking, and reporting of action items resulting from the penetration tests
•    Compile lessons learned sessions for IT developers and other stakeholders
•    Liaise with IT application owners, information security experts, and chief information security officers

About the Team

The PTaaS (penetration testing as a service) team consists of highly motivated people who like to offer an end-to-end service to the different customers.
The team is under the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) organization and the service is being offered across Swiss Re group.
Within the team there are different skill sets like senior project management, IT security expertise as well as communication and presentation skills.


About You

•    Experienced project manager
•    Ability to run meetings with different stakeholders
•    Good communication and presentation skills
•    Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
•    Taking ownership and leading a topic
•    Affinity to IT security
•    Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
•    Acting as a team player


Minimum base salary for this job from 1700 EUR gross/month/full time. Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits.*
