International Programs Process Excellence Support (student part-time)

About the role
Our team's main responsibility is optimizing and managing the end-to-end core value chain process for International Programs (IP), for multiple lines of business across all locations in scope. We drive process excellence through continuous improvement by working and partnering with the business to identify improvement areas and structuring, planning and leading projects from start to completion. The focus is on operational efficiency, process improvement, technology, growth and compliance with the ultimate goal of contributing towards our strategic business targets.
You will support us with:

Analysing, defining and documenting business processes - preparing “as is" and “to be" process flow descriptions and diagrams using our architecture frameworks and tools

Eliciting and analysing process related business requirements and areas for improvement - reviewing, documenting and where possible aligning processes globally

Documenting global improved standards and local deviations - working with regions and locations to ensure new standards are understood and followed by planning and carrying out reinforcement activities

Structuring and delivering creative solutions whilst remaining practical, collaborating closely with other Process Excellence Leads and functional leaders
About the team
This role is based in Bratislava, but you would join a dynamic team spread across the globe. We work very closely with the wider IP Community to streamline, harmonize and continuously improve our processes. Our aim is to equip the International Program Community with world class platforms, processes, and skills to drive success in the market through our flexible, customer centric approach and innovative solutions.
About you
You are a quick learner, have a high tolerance of ambiguity and you're able to develop a topic from a vague starting point to a structured problem statement. You are also a strong communicator, comfortable engaging at senior management level and in creating high-profile executive management presentations.

The minimum gross base salary for this role is 7€/hour. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.
