About the Role
We offer an excellent opportunity for a software engineer to work on real-life enterprise-scale systems, using JavaScript and related technologies. You will grow your skills by working in an expert team, delivering user interface solutions running in cloud and mockups for design evaluations. You will also be involved in requirements analysis, continuous integration/delivery and testing tasks. The team is international with a lead in Bratislava.

Your responsibilities will be:

Developing JavaScript user interfaces, according to requirements

Ensuring the product stays structured, maintainable and long-term reliable

Producing documentation and reviewing the current one

Helping others with knowledge of the system
About the Team
We have a distributed project team, with various types of members and partners, all working agile. We deliver solutions, which valuate a reinsurance business. That involves streaming and processing large data volumes (tens of Terabytes). And that requires automation, coordination, visualization, control and auditing.
For that, we are building a set of components/services, using various technologies and approaches, not limited to cloud, microservices, Java, JavaScript frameworks, etc. Those services, together with third party tools, form a system we modify and improve.

If you however meet some of the criteria below, we will be happy to meet you:

Computer engineering/science degree

JavaScript experience. A Vue.js or Angular.js knowledge is useful, but not vital.

You understand the fundamentals of the graphical user interfaces and have already created some

You know the basics of REST and are aware of what a RESTful interface is
The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 1500 EUR full time.
