About the Role
As a Junior Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing claims information in our legacy systems and providing critical support to business teams. You'll deliver comprehensive claims support to claims handlers and, depending on your experience and expertise, may collaborate with underwriters, lawyers, and brokers on key claims-related matters. Key Responsibilities
- Examine and process claims documents, undertake required adjustments and establish claims files in legacy systems
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and written correspondence to obtain specific claim information as needed
- Review and resolve client inquiries regarding open billing invoices and statements from clients and brokers
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including payments, setup, acknowledgement letters, and other non-core claims processes
- Collaborate with Accounting to book corrections and assure ledger accuracy

We have built extensive expertise in adjudicating low value claims across Marine, Aviation, Casualty and Property lines of business. We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Proficiency in English (reading, written and verbal)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute to team spirit and effectively communicate across multiple environments
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent customer focus and can-do mindset
- Digital literacy and experience with MS Office Package
These are additional nice to haves:
- Knowledge and understanding of (re)insurance products and business
- Proficiency in any other European language
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,300 and EUR 2,100 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
- the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
- the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
