About the Role
As a Junior Transformation Specialist, you will support process improvement initiatives across Cash & Cost Operations. You’ll analyse how things work today, help identify where efficiency gains can be made, and assist in introducing new tools, including AI-supported features, to make everyday work smoother and more effective.
This is an ideal role to grow into transformation work—you don’t need to be an IT expert, but you should be curious about how technology and data can support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with analysing existing Cash & Cost processes and identifying improvement opportunities.

Support senior colleagues in preparing process documentation, business requirements, and validation/testing materials.

Participate in small transformation initiatives, helping evaluate automation options and AI-driven enhancements.

Help coordinate with operational teams and technical experts to ensure solutions address real business needs.

Contribute to user training, communication, and adoption activities during rollouts.

Learn continuously about financial processes, process improvement methodologies, and modern digital/AI tools.

Cash & Cost Operations ensures the smooth and accurate handling of internal cost processes, payments, reconciliations, and financial support activities.

About You
You are early in your career and enthusiastic about transformation, improvement, and exploring how technology can help financial operations work better.
You bring:

University degree in Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar technical/analytical field (Technical University graduates welcome).

Basic understanding of data concepts and interest in AI, automation, or digital tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to communicate clearly and work with different stakeholders.

Willingness to learn, try new things, and take ownership of tasks.
Nice to have (not required):

Internship or junior experience in operations, finance, SSC, or process improvement.

Exposure to tools such as PowerBI, SQL, lowcode platforms, or simple automation technologies.

Familiarity with AIsupported tools or workflow systems.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,500 and EUR 2,500 per month (for a full-time role).

• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
