Junior Employer Brand Manager (Hybrid)
Swiss Re’s employer branding team plays a pivotal role in positioning Swiss Re as an attractive employer in relevant talent markets through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong interest in employer branding and digital marketing—someone who drives in a collaborative environment and brings a proactive mindset. You will join the Branding team, where you will drive execution of recruitment marketing strategies that enhance our employer brand visibility and attract top talent for Corporate Solutions in EMEA region. Corporate Solutions is the commercial insurance arm of the Swiss Re Group. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from Branding and Marketing, HR, the business, and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful recruitment marketing campaigns are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Marketing Activation: Execute campaigns across the recruitment funnel to raise awareness, engage prospects, and improve conversion in key talent markets across EMEA region.
• Content Creation and Management: Support development of recruitment marketing assets, including visual content and messaging, ensuring brand consistency.
• Social Media Management: Support the execution of an always-on social media presence, including organic and paid content on platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta.
• Recruitment Marketing Support: Provide consultative support for local recruitment events, career pages or job board content.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Community Engagement: Support community management on platforms like Glassdoor, Kununu, and Indeed, and help grow our internal employer branding ambassador community.
About the Team
You will be part of the Branding team within our Branding & Marketing division. We are passionate about building a strong corporate and employer brand for Swiss Re.
About You
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related area.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A creative and independent approach to work, with strong project management and organizational skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,300 and EUR 2,200 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
