Junior Marketing Data Analyst (Student role)

About the role
You will play a key role in helping us measure, report, and continuously improve our marketing activities and processes. By collecting, analysing, and visualizing data across multiple platforms, you will enable our team and stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Your work will directly support how we optimize efficiency, collaboration, and campaign outcomes across our global marketing organization. In addition, you will support the Employer Branding team on employer branding and marketing recruitment campaign related tasks. On a needs-based basis, you will also be involved in some finance/accounting administration requests.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret marketing performance dashboards and efficiency metrics across platforms.
- Track channel and campaign activity, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Analyse trends, visualise findings, and prepare recurring report packs and presentations
- Prepare clean datasets and validate inputs to support reliable reporting and insights
- Use and learn modern analytics for marketing, and sales tools to support insights
- Contribute to campaign reporting and process improvements
- Provide flexible support across marketing operations and analytics, adapting to evolving team priorities including employer branding/marketing recruitment and others as needed.

Essentials:
- University student – (day study)
- Proficiency in English language – level B2
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Basic knowledge of the data analytics and reporting
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work for 80 hours per month with long term commitment

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 6,50 EUR per hour. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group.
