L&H Solutions Content & Engagement Manager

In this role, you will bring the L&H Solutions story to life — translating data, business insights and complex topics into clear, compelling narratives and impactful presentations. You will combine excellent English, strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills with a good understanding of the business to create content that engages clients, senior leaders and the wider L&H community.

About the Role

• As L&H Solutions Content & Engagement Manager, you will help shape how the division communicates its business priorities, expertise and value to internal and external audiences. Working closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts and regional teams, you will turn complex business, technology, AI and (re)insurance topics into clear, compelling content that supports engagement and business objectives.

• You will develop and refine content across a broad range of formats. This includes identifying relevant stories and thought leadership opportunities, adapting and regionalising existing content, and ensuring materials are clear, consistent and ready for use by different teams and audiences.

• A key part of the role is bringing structure and simplicity to complex information. You will distil data, insights and technical subject matter into focused narratives and visually compelling materials, creating polished content that can be used with senior management, clients and broader internal communities.

• You will also support the effective activation of content across relevant digital and collaboration channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage, helping ensure content reaches the right audiences and is kept relevant over time.

• Operating across topics, stakeholders and geographies, you will manage multiple content and engagement initiatives simultaneously and collaborate closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts and regional teams to take content from initial idea through to final delivery.

About You

You are a curious, self-driven and highly proactive content and engagement professional with strong editorial judgement and a keen understanding of business priorities. You are confident working across complex business topics, channels and seniority levels, translating them into relevant and engaging content for different audiences. You combine analytical thinking with outstanding communication skills, a strong instinct for what makes a compelling story, and the ability to create, adapt and refine high-quality content for different markets, audiences and business needs.

• Near native or fluent written English, with excellent writing, rewriting and editing skills across leadership communications, articles, presentations, social posts and marketing content.

• Ability to quickly understand L&H insurance, technology, AI and automation topics, identify the key messages and insights and translate complex subject matter into accessible and compelling communications without oversimplifying it.

• Strong editorial instinct and a proactive approach to uncovering stories, identifying communication and thought-leadership opportunities and translating L&H Solutions priorities into impactful narratives and content.

• Understanding of B2B marketing and sales collateral, with the ability to assess regional materials, identify what resonates with clients and stakeholders and elevate high-potential assets for wider use.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills and a strong sense of information hierarchy, visual storytelling, quality and brand alignment.

• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Viva Engage and related communication or collaboration platforms, including publishing, content organisation and basic analytics.

• Excellent stakeholder, organisation and project-management skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders and subject-matter experts while independently driving multiple priorities and deadlines.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 2200 and EUR 3600 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:​

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, ​
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.​
