L&H Solutions Product Services Specialist (hybrid)

About The Role


In this role, you will support the operational backbone of L&H Solutions products by establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving processes and driving invoicing and contract management activities, You will work cross‑functionally with product, underwriting, finance, and delivery teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and operational quality across regions keeping our operational resilience strong.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the design, documentation, and maintenance of operational processes, including ownership of process documentation within ARIS.
  • Owning end-to-end invoicing process for selected products, including management of ConRAD (revenue recognition tool) entries
  • Providing reports and status information related to invoicing to stakeholders in all regions (overdue invoices, YTD invoice reports, reconciliation of invoiced amounts, resolving invoicing issues)
  • Overseeing contract management activities, maintaining central storage of all contracts and other legally binding documents and ensuring consistency with Sales Advisor and other tools
  • Supporting completion of IFRS assessment for revenue recognition purposes
  • Managing operational governance activities, including surveys (e.g. yearly NPS and post‑implementation surveys)
  • Admin role for PM3Time tool
  • Acting as an information and operational focal point by maintaining SharePoint content and ensuring high quality and accessibility of information across the division
  • Providing coordination support for RFPs and vendor due diligence tasks


About The Team

You will join a small, central L&H Solutions Operations and Product Services team with a global remit. The team focuses on building scalable operational processes, driving efficiency, and managing operational risk across multiple products and markets. The environment is collaborative, international, and impact‑driven, offering the opportunity to influence how things are done and to contribute ideas that directly shape the way the business operates.


About You

You are a proactive and collaborative professional who is comfortable working across functions and regions. You take ownership of your work, enjoy bringing structure to complex topics, and can balance attention to detail with a broader business perspective.


Essentials and nice‑to‑have skills include:

  • Experience in operations, product services, project support, or a similar role in a complex or global environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
  • Experience with process documentation, governance frameworks, or operational reporting is an advantage.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
  • Very good written and spoken English.


For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 2 200 EUR and 3 600 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:​

 

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, ​
  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.​
